Our first event was a great success!  Everyone enjoyed the "feral pork" meal prepared by Chef Travis Graham and delicious desserts by Chef Cassandra Mauceri.  Most talked about afterwards were the mini Piggy Pecan Pies made with rendered port lard used to make the pie crust.  It was amazing!

Those that attended heard about all the wonderful activities and programs available at the SA Food Bank.  A big "hats off" and salute for all the good work they do in  the community.

Following that, OGM presented information about what this company is doing to bring about more awareness to the feral hog situation in Texas.

Feral hog meat is an abundant, natural lean protein source found in almost every county in Texas. Our goal is to "catch 'em all" and make them available in the food system.

We want to thank everyone who attended for their comments and support.  All extra entrees and desserts were donated to the local Crisis Center in New Braunfels.

With so many positive and complementary remarks, we've decided to host a second annual fund raiser in the future.  If you were unable to attend this year, you can keep in touch with us for our next date.

Thanks again for all who attended to support us and our efforts to make available and utilize more lean feral hog meat.
